Room- The room was clean and fresh, a good size, with a comfortable bed, there were a a few clothes hangers and the shower was powerful; soft fresh towels were provided. Airport- The hotel was a 10-15 min walk from the airport and quite straightforward. Staff- The staff were very friendly and spoke English when I checked in/out and when I ate in the restaurant. I had left my bank card at home so they were happy for me to use details I had from my phone apps. Restaurant- I choose the hotel as it had a restaurant for my evening meal, the food was lovely, a lot to choose from if you are meat eater, less so if you are vegetarian/vegan but the pizza I had was amazing. The was a lot of food to choose from for Breakfast. Location- A short walk from the hotel is a lovely park/open space with statues, a lake/fountains etc and places to sit to enjoy the space. I went there a couple of times.

Good communication too - the restaurant wasn't open in the evening, but they thoughtfully emailed to let us know this in advance so we could make other plans. We had an early flight and they offered us an early breakfast with pre selected items, which was nice.

The staff were the most welcoming and friendly hotel staff I have ever met. It was within walking distance of the Airport, had everything we needed, extra pillows in the room as well. We had a meal in the restaurant which was just so amazing with fresh beautiful ingredients, the breakfast was well worth the extra paid for it as well.

We stayed for one night prior to a morning flight. Easy walk to the airport. Clean, comfortable, functional room. Nothing fancy but that’s not why you’d stay here. Good air conditioning and WiFi. Nice breakfast in the morning with a large choice. Friendly staff. We’d stay again if we need the Toulouse airport.
